I would have said “flirting with your friend’s daughter”, because flirting is an intransitive verb.
But as I thought this I realised that you have made it transitive, and in doing so you have subtly changed its meaning.
It new emphasizes initiative on the part of the subject, whereas the intransitive version is more collaborative.
